Gallego Consulting Services (GCS), Inc. is an approved Caltrans DBE/SMBE firm (#34604) and provides digital photo and video documentation of project sites.  GCS strongly believes that thorough photo documentation of project sites reduces the potential for claims by showing accurate conditions prior to and during the construction phase. 

Since each site and project is unique, GCS uses its vast construction experience to document those areas critical to each construction site.  GCS knows what photos to take based on the project specific Plans and Special Provisions.

GCS uses high quality digital equipment including Nikon D2X digital camera with 12.84 million pixels and Canon GL2 video camcorder with three charged coupled devices (3-CCD's) for outstanding picture quality.
